"Of course," Drayden answered, stepping into the sunlight behind Daevon. It was a bright, beautiful day, and he could already see a good number of students were outside.
He walked with the other, feeling the soft grass beneath his shoes and the gentle wind tease his long hair. Yes, fresh air and sunlight was healthy, and Drayden was always mindful about his health.
"What do you intend to do with Lucien?" he inquired casually, as if talking about nothing more unusual than the weather. "Will you let him continue what he's doing?"

Daevon crossed his arms over his chest and and walked. It was very beautiful outside. And the warmth on his skin wasn't exactly unwanted, he just never liked it outside.
Perhaps if it were dark.
"What do I intend on doing?" He thought about it and shook his head." No, I am going to have a word with him sometime soon..." He knew there would be a time when he'd have to put the boy in line...but he always defied him.

A word with him? Did Daevon really thinking 'having a word' with Lucien was going to make any difference?
But Drayden said nothing, he just smiled a little a lifted his hand, resting it on Daevon's shoulder. It was up to Daevon to learn how to best manage his apprentices, it was something perfected through experience. Daevon would learn.
"Isn't the garden beautiful?" he asked, walking with Daevon along one of the paths entering into the floral sanctuary. "It's a wonderful place to do art, I think you'll find me here often."

Well a word, perhaps something a bit more rough then a word. The calmed raven haired son of Sisao had a temper, mostly when provoked.
He was still learning how to handle the other, all he could do was learn right?
"It is very beautiful." He glanced around the garden taking in the beauty of it. Sari did a very good job with it. Though he despised being outside, he didn't mind the walk with his former master. "Is father happy you're teaching this year?"

-The sound of a large bell, firm but melodic in its reverberating alarm, echoed throughout the school to signal that fifth period would soon begin.-

Drayden gave a gentle rise and fall of one shoulder. Was his master pleased? Well, it meant Drayden had less time available to devote to him...but it also meant he had something to occupy himself with while Sisao was busy.
It was a mixed bag.
At the sound of the bell, he glanced towards the school, his hand dropping from its place on Daevon's shoulder. "We should probably head to class," he remarked, making his way back towards the building. "The beginning of the year is always full of troublemakers."

Sisao obviously had to make time for Drayden. Deavon knew better than that, but it also meant that his father had many responsibilities and didn't want Drayden to idle. The youth understood it.
The sound of the bell made his stomach drop. Augh this was going to be one hell of a year he imagined. There were always a hand full of troublemakers and Deavon just hated having to argue with ignorant students.
"Yeah...your art class is now correct?"

"That's right," Drayden answered as he made his way towards the castle. He was in no real hurry, but he didn't want to be late, either. "It's a rather large class this year as well."
Drayden liked having large art classes. Fire elemental classes, however, he preferred small....less chance of burning down the school...
His students generally behaved pretty well, though.
"We should continue our talk another time, hm?"

If he wasn't going to be busy with his own classes or afraid of interrupting Drayden's he would sit in it to see what goes on. It's an art class and there really can't be much that happens in there, but it'd be interesting.
Daevon didn't mind large classes as long as they behaved and didn't become too rowdy. He was never good at controlling some of the students. He didn't have that demanding attitude like his father's.
"Yes...maybe we could." He smiled.

Drayden was generally laid-back and wasn't a strict teacher at all, but he didn't tolerate disrespect or disobedience. His commanding 'master' tone was usually enough to put bad students in line, but he wouldn't hesitate to punish those who absolutely needed it.
He paused at the castle doors to open one, motioning for Daevon to head inside.

Not that Deavon didn't have a temper it was just sometimes he wasn't sure what was appropriate and what wasn't. He was sure if he was strict enough then Lucien wouldn't be causing him so much grief...
Things would change though...
Smiling at Drayden he went ahead and walked on through the doors.
